What is the real meaning and value of integrity to you?

They said that success will come and go, but Integrity remains forever. Integrity is doing the right thing even when everybody is doing the wrong thing. And even when no one is watching, you still choose to do what is due.
Trust and honesty are the main components of integrity. And people with  true integrity have the following traits:

1. Trustworthy

Trustworthy is someone who is honest. And who can be entrusted with you secrets or with anything else importance.

2. Reliable.

This is actually a great clue to a person’s integrity. You don’t want big promises which are meant to be broken. People with integrity are reliable, and they follow through.

3. Genuine.

When you have true integrity, you mean it. Integrity is not something you show others. It is how you do what is right even when nobody is there to see it.

4. Humble.

Humility will always go a long way. People with integrity will be proud of  their accomplishments, but they will at the same time be humble.

5. Kindness.

You can never go wrong by being kind. Your kind heart will always be your most beautiful feature. This is the fuel of the soul.

6. Accountable.

We are human and make mistakes. A person with genuine integrity knows when to take the blame. Brave to admit when you made a mistake. And learn from it.

7. Honesty.

Choosing Honestly in all things. You can can always trust these people to give you their honest thoughts and advise you things that are valuable in life.

8. Seeing the Best in Others.

Seeing the good in others is a very powerful way to feel happy and productive in the world.
Seeing the good in other people is a challenging pursuit, but well worth the effort. You can start with a smile and a positive outlook in life. Look people in the eyes when you talk to them. Find the positive intention behind every action. And forgive others for their actions.
Let us always try to find the good traits than the bad traits of other people. That way you can always have that true integrity. You can be honest, genuine, humble, kind and be accountable as a human being.
