Reach Different Tiers
We have 3 tiers of membership for our rewards
program.
Bronze Tier: Starting level with basic rewards.
Silver Tier: Intermediate level. Upon reaching this tier, users receive a gift of 500 bonus points.
Gold Tier: Top level. Upon reaching this tier, users receive a gift of 1000 bonus points.
In addition to the bonus points given upon reaching silver or gold tiers, all levels may qualify to receive bonus points based on their activity and engagement.
How to Redeem Points
Simply log into your portal and choose ‘Redeem points.’
Once you have your coupon you can share it with someone, use it directly towards your subscription or request to convert to cash.

Who is Eligible?
Anyone who has a Buddy tracker or purchases one. You must be a customer yourself!
What products earn me points?
At this stage, points are earned on the Buddy Tracker device only - and get you a whopping 3000 points!
But… we will be adding products for purchase that will accumulate extra points shortly.
How many times can I share and tag to gain points?
Facebook – weekly.
Twitter/X – monthly.
How many times can I give a positive review to earn points?
Once however you can review on each of the following platforms: Google, Facebook and Trustpilot.
You can earn 500 points per platform!

What sort of posts can be shared and tagged to earn points?
Anything we share on Facebook and ‘X’ (Twitter) but please don’t waste it, share something that resonates with you or says something your community would be interested in reading.
From our point of view, it’s about getting our message out to people who may need a Buddy Tracker but do not know we exist.
Please note, that points for these actions are added manually and can take 1-2 days to hit your account.
What is the Active Rewards Tab?
It’s where all of your accrued rewards will sit so you can see what you have activated.
What are your payment terms?
Redeeming points via the portal is immediate.
Redeeming points via email will take 1-2 days.

How long do my points take to reach my account?
Most points are automatic and therefore instant.
Actions like reviews, tagging etc, need to be manually added. Please allow 1-2 days.
How do you handle disputes? (E.g. I shared and tagged a post and didn’t get my points)
