What are the points worth?
1000 points = $10
What products earn me points?
At this stage, points are earned on the Buddy Tracker device only - and get you a whopping 3000 points!
But… we will be adding products for purchase that will accumulate extra points shortly.
How can I gain points?
If someone uses your referral link to purchase, you will get 5000 points!
If you give us a video review, you will receive 5000 points!
If you give us a written review, you will receive 3000 points.
From time to time, we will offer bonus points for a particular action on our socials.
These will be announced in our monthly newsletter.
AND… sometimes... if we see ‘above and beyond activities’ including referrals and Social Media actions, you just might win some bonus points and be awarded our 'Social GOAT' status for your exceptional efforts!
How do the review and points work?
We offer a WHOPPING 5000 POINTS for a 5 star video review and a huge 3000 points for a written review. You will need to tag and/or submit the review for us to verify.
And we're sure we don’t need to say it but… it needs to be a good review. If you are not happy with something or see an area you’d like us to improve on, please fill in the form below or ring us. Some of our most successful innovations have come from customer feedback.

How long do my points take to reach my account?
Some points are automatic and there instant.
Actions like reviews etc need to be manually added. Please allow us 7 days.
What can I use my points for?
We hope that you use your points to gift participants one of our GPS trackers.
Perhaps they have run out of NDIS funding, or don’t have funding for Consumables or Low-cost Assisted Tech. Or maybe you just believe they need a win and choose them. It's totally up to you who you choose.
They can be converted to cash if you prefer.
How do you handle disputes? (E.g. I sent you a review and didn’t get my points)
